17.11.2024 12:00 / Narva Art Gallery

Event overview

For the first time, the Narva Museum invites visitors to explore a hidden area – the museum’s storage rooms. These storage facilities hold items from the museum's collection that are not currently on display.

The Narva Museum collection contains over 84,000 items, but less than 5% of them are exhibited at any given time. Together with the curators, you will visit the storage areas of the Narva Museum Art Gallery, where the historical, archaeological, ethnographic, and artistic collections are kept.

In the storage, you will be able to see a Stone Age axe, a uranium glass mug, and the Kreenholm factory switchboard.
