Seminar “Patterns of Krenholm”

The program explores the ways we can preserve and study textiles, textile making and heritage of big textile factories, with particular focus on Krenholm and digitalisation of heritage.

The seminar wants to provide an overview of ways museums can preserve heritage of the big factories and will have talks on digitalization, Kreenholm textiles, and methodology of interviewing. The day will end with discussion “Why textiles and patterns are important heritage” with Narva Museum Erasmus+ partners from Finland, Poland and Romania.

Talks and discussion will be in English and Russian with simultaneous translation to Estonian, Russian and English.
