Opening of the exhibition "How Old is the Narva Museum?"

On November 14th at 15:00 in Narva Castle Park, the exhibition "How Old is the Narva Museum?" will open. This outdoor exhibition invites visitors on an exciting journey through the history pages of one of Estonia's largest museums.

You will find out when the museum first opened its doors to visitors, how many exhibits are stored in its collection today, and which eras are reflected in it. The exhibition also tells about the museum's location before moving to the castle and the events and personalities that have left their mark on its history.

"How Old is the Narva Museum?" not only narrates the past, but the exhibition also demonstrates how the museum continues to play a vital role in the city's cultural life today. Visitors will see how the museum connects history with modernity, preserving cultural heritage while developing new directions and projects.

We invite all residents and visitors of the city to become part of this event.

The exhibition is created by the museum team with financial support from the Eesti Kultuurkapital fund.
