Additional conditions:
-The price of the city premises includes the use of chairs.
-Facility and grounds rentals are only counted for full hours.
-For room and grounds rentals, the minimum charge is a two-hour rental (does not apply for marriage ceremonies where the minimum charge is a one barrel rental).
-The tenant is prohibited from transferring the premises or grounds to third parties without the landlord's authorization
