It's great to start the autumn with such interesting and delicious challenges! Together with a film crew for a new TV show, old recipes were brought to life in the north courtyard of Narva Castle. The task was made more difficult by the fact that the only kitchen utensils at the disposal of the famous chef Dmitry Fyodorov were mallets, and the food had to be cooked in a big old oven and over an open fire. Recipes and flavour combinations were not the most conventional either. We will see how they managed to cook using old cooking techniques and what the end result was on ETV+.
