Themed Tour: “Language of Stones. Hidden Layers of Narva Castle”

As part of the Heritage Protection Days, this themed tour revealed the fortress in a new light for many lovers of history and architecture. Under the guidance of Yaroslava Nazarova, curator of the archaeological collection, we explored the city’s past through the stones and walls of Narva Castle.

Participants — from preschoolers to retirees — discovered a fresh perspective on architectural archaeology, and some even stepped through doors they had never entered before.
