Veterans Day reminds us that peace and a sense of security do not come about on their own. Behind them stand people who have been ready to defend Estonia even far from home — in difficult and dangerous conditions.
Today, we express our respect to all veterans and extend our gratitude to their loved ones, whose support along this path has been no less important. Every story of service is part of our shared history and the foundation of our collective sense of peace.
At Narva Museum, we believe that remembrance and gratitude help maintain the connection between the past, present, and future. On Veterans Day, we say from the heart: thank you for your courage and dedication.
