Cultural and Educational Programme “Night at the Museum” at Narva Castle

INFORMATION NOTICE

The service recipient, i.e. the visitor, teacher, or group supervisor, is required to ознакомиться (become familiar) with and comply with the rules of Narva Museum. In case of violation, the museum cannot guarantee the safety of programme participants and shall not be held liable for any consequences resulting from such violations.

  • The programme includes a city tour, a guided tour of Narva Castle, dinner, and breakfast.
  • By default, the group meeting point is Petrovski Square in Narva.
  • If the group arrives in Narva by bus, the city tour will be conducted using transport arranged by the client or on foot.
  • Dinner takes place outside the museum; breakfast is served inside the castle.
  • Overnight stay is arranged in the castle premises. Participants must bring a sleeping mat (e.g. a camping or yoga mat) and a sleeping bag. From May to August, the castle premises are not heated, so participants should be aware of possible cool temperatures and prepare accordingly.
  • During the overnight stay, participants will have access to hot and cold drinking water, a toilet, a sink, and extension cords for charging mobile phones.
  • During the overnight stay, a Narva Museum security guard will be present on site and can be contacted at +372 5400 4101.
  • The Western Courtyard is closed at 22:00.
  • If the group wishes to remain outside the Western Courtyard after the end of the programme (after 22:00), this must be communicated to the security guard in advance.
  • After the programme, the group may, upon prior arrangement, light a campfire in the castle courtyard, roast marshmallows, and use a screen and projector in the sleeping area for watching videos.
  • At night, it is prohibited to move around the museum exhibition halls (except for designated sleeping areas), touch exhibits, play active outdoor games, enter staff-only areas, smoke, or consume alcohol.
  • In the event of damage to museum premises, exhibits, equipment, or other property, responsibility for the damage lies with the person who caused it or with the group representative, in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • In case of violation of safety requirements at the site or failure to follow the recommendations of the Narva Museum Foundation, the museum cannot guarantee participant safety and reserves the right to refuse to provide the service.
