Getting to the apartments
- If you arrive by car and are near the castle park (see image 1), park your car to the left of the main gate (image 2).
Proceed through the Western Courtyard to the second gate leading to the Northern Courtyard (image 3).
Check-in and payment are done at the castle ticket office from 10:00 to 18:00 (image 4). If you arrive later, you can pay the next morning.
On the left side upon entering the Northern Courtyard, you will find the apartment door.
- The door is marked “Narva Castle Rooms”, and next to it is a key safe (images 5 and 6).
The keys and doors are clearly numbered.
Internal rules
Important
- Use the parking near the main gate if needed.
- Please keep your room door locked. Narva Museum is not responsible for unattended belongings.
- If you go out after 18:00, close the courtyard gates. Upon returning, secure them with the chain from inside.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 06:00. Please stay within the castle premises during this time.
- The use of fireworks and drones must be approved by the Police and Border Guard Board (ida.narva-pp.jp@politsei.ee).
- Gates are closed at 22:00. If you plan to return later, inform the guard: +372 5400 4101.
Check-in / Check-out:
- Standard check-in is from 14:00 to 18:00. For other times, contact us at least one working day in advance.
Check-out by 12:00.
- When leaving, return the keys to the key safe using the same code.
Important info
the Northern Courtyard:
- After 18:00, you become the full master of the Northern Courtyard!
- There is a fire pit in the center. Firewood is available for an additional fee. If you need help lighting it, call the guard: +372 5400 4101.
- The courtyard is under video surveillance.
